Instructions for potential renters
All Rental agreements are based on a 1 year minimum lease.*
You must bring in the following with your rental application.
- Money order or Cashiers check only.
- Credit Check - $20.00 for each adult over 18 years of age.
- All Move-in monies must be paid by money order or Cashiers check.
- Copy of drivers license and Social Security card.
- Income must be verifiable from paycheck stub, Tax Returns or Entitlement.
- Those without adequate rental or credit history may be asked to obtain a California Co-signer and/or increased security deposit. Co-signers must be property owners in the State of California.
- It normally takes up to three business days to process an application.
- Prospective tenant applications will not be processed if the application contains false information or misrepresentation or is not fully completed.
- All applicants must present themselves, with identification, to the office staff prior to approval to rent.
- When the rental agreement is signed, all adults must be present to sign the rental agreement.
- Tenants must order on the utilities and service themselves. (Except as noted)
- Pet Deposit: Pet deposits and renters insurance will be required.

We cannot rent to you!
Please call for an appointment to see the interior of the rental.
